This Sunday 26 October, Team Malizia’s long-time co-skipper Will Harris set sail on his third Transat Café L’OR (formerly the Transat Jacques Vabre), racing from Le Havre, France, to Martinique. This time, he is racing alongside skipper Francesca Clapcich on a boat he knows by heart: our former Malizia - Seaexplorer, now handed over to Francesca’s team and rebranded as 11th Hour Racing. It’s Francesca’s first participation in the race, and her debut as skipper of her own IMOCA campaign. Together, the pair have kicked off the Transat Café L’OR 2025 with a powerful performance .After a stormy first night in the English Channel, they are holding strong in the leading group of the IMOCA fleet. With fierce winds, fast foiling, and flawless teamwork, Will and Francesca are showing the determination and skills as a perfectly tuned duo.
